Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand & Australia: 7–15 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
